Photos from a software engineer
Ever since I was a child, I have loved taking pictures and, by virtue, capturing memories. At the time I really started to get into photography, I also experienced significant events: turning 16, leaving school, first holiday abroad, moving house. I find it little coincidence that I found the need to save these memories. Photography was the perfect medium. Nowadays, even though the equipment is more sophisticated, the philosophy remains much the same: capture the moment to retain the memory.
This website was built with Next.js and Payload CMS. These technologies were chosen for their relative ease-of-use and ability to optimise images well and manage content for a completely custom solution, styled by Tailwind. The images are not intended for reuse of any kind, unless you see the Unsplash logo, in which case you’re free to download them from there. The typeface is Supreme... just like the vibes.
