Omelette

And here’s that omelette I mentioned earlier. Sure, compared to the full english it looks a bit light, but I was actually pretty full afterwards. Everything about it was seasoned perfectly, even the sourdough bread was baked just right. We were fortunate enough to still be served breakfast as we arrived late to the restaurant, but our server was kind (or ruthless) enough to persuade the chef to make some more just for us.
